My heart aches for your family. I’ll be keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.
So sorry for your loss. She had an infectious laugh and kind heart. Will always remember her with a smile. May God be with the family.
I am so sad to hear of Susan’s passing meeting her just twice with Rick once in Australia and again in Wichita being welcomed into her and Rick’s home with a forever invite to come back with my girls. Such a wonderful kindhearted human being. Such a supportive wife and caring mother. I have always loved her photos of family knowing that family is always in her heart. The world is missing one special person, but God has welcomed a truly amazing person. Thinking of how much this family will miss their mum and wife is so sad. Kindly Jo Josephine Martin and family in Australia.
I first met Susie through our Alpha Delta Pi connection at Kansas State University. She was so energetic, bubbly and open to people. Her smile and laughter were contagious! She and Rick were a wonderful, well matched couple …so happy. Susie was a shining light to many. Much love sent to all of you. Valeria Mueller Converse
A beautiful and loving soul has left us. Rick, thank you for the years you shared Susan with us at the national and state play therapy conferences. She was a wonderful role model with her family values in a world of chaos and confusion. May the family be comforted.
I am so saddened to learn Susan passed away. We were neighbors in Waterford years ago but stayed in touch over the years after we moved to Tulsa. Susan was a very special person and remains that to this day. I especially remember wonderful cooking and baked goods and loved to share them with Susan in her home. Our condolences go out to her family and friends. She is missed. Brent and Susie Curry and Emily Curry Martin.
Our family will always remember Susan’s energy and positive attitude whenever we were with her. She always had a contagious smile and twinkling eyes ready to partake in life’s adventures. My favorite memory is when Susan & I became the “paint crew” for Trevor & Shelly’s house in North Carolina. We did quite a professional job as I recall. She did most of the heavy work because I was the trimmer and she covered every one of those walls with a roller!
Love to all her family. We are sure Susan is spreading her smile with the angels of heaven.
May God help you through these times of sorrow.
