Gash, Nadine K., 87, retired Beechcraft employee, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2010. Rosary 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 8 and Funeral Service 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 9, both at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Nadine was a member of All Saints Catholic Church. Preceded in death by husband, Dean and son, Ronald. Survivors: daughter, Renai Harrison of Wichita; daughter-in-law, Barbara Gash of Mulvane, KS; grandchildren, Craig Gash (Denise), Eric Harrison, Kelby Harrison and Ryan Gash; great-grandchildren, Nathan Gash and Caleb Gash. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with Good Shepherd Hospice, 439 N. McLean, Wichita, KS, 67203 and the Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, KS, 67219.

The sadness at Nadine’s passing is palpable, for the loss of a mother can never be measured, just endured. Of one thing I’m certain, Nadine was loved. Renai is a living testimony of the kind of mother Nadine was to her family. I know she will be missed forever by Renai and Ron’s family. May the memories give you comfort at this time.
