Francis Wesley Hoover

Hoover, Francis Wesley, 85, fourth generation Wichitan, retired from Blue Cross, and served in the Coast Guard during World War II. Fran passed away Friday June 25, 2010. Memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at East Heights United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by his parents Samuel W. and Adelene Ion and brother Sam. Fran is survived by his wife, Zina; sons, Miles (Kathy), Chuck (Debbie), Steve (Debbie); daughter, Tamra FitzGerald; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
