Horbelt, M.D., Douglas Vincent, 67, beloved husband, father, grandfather, physician and educator, died Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Rosary will be at 7:00 P.M., Friday, January 24, 2014, at Downing Lahey East Mortuary. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, January 25, 2014, at Church of the Magdalen Catholic Church, Wichita, Kansas. In his free time, Dr. Horbelt enjoyed scouting, sailing, photography, gardening, hunting, computer technology, and world travel. Dr. Horbelt served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas at Galveston School of Medicine.
