Public Tributes
Due to our sons closeness in age and love of sports I had the priviledge of knowing Carol. She was a loving and devoted mother and was involved in anything her children were involved in. We found ourselves painting baseball fences, serving on many committees together during our time at Maize. As we worked side by side or were watching a sporting event we enjoyed talking about her family but she also enjoyed listening to me talk about mine. Most recently we shared stories of our grand sons and both agreed that they brought so much joy to our hearts. Randy and she shared birthday months and regardless of the month Randy always greeted her with Happy Birthday,Carol. Even though it was a repeat greeting Carol always smiled. I am deeply sorry for the loss of Carol but find comfort knowing she is in heaven being a diligent angel as she was here on earth. Please know we are thinking of all The Marasco family at this time and hope that all those precious memories of her will help comfort you. Sincerely, Lorra and Randy Ewy --Lorra Ewy (Mar 10, 2010) MEMORIES of a beautiful lady with the upmost devotion to her family, friends, and commuity! Carol routinely put others first!! She was always in motion with endless commitment and energy with what seemed to be a "to do" list several miles long!!! When that list was in order, I would occasionally see her taking what I assumed was a personal moment walking around the zoo. We cherish the opportunities given to spend time with her and to know her!!! We miss her and know she will be greeted with a special place in heaven!!!! Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Mike, although I never met Carol, it was obvious that she is the love of your life. My heart grieves with you at your loss. Man has no words which can give answers or take away the pain that you and your family are feeling. Our only true comfort comes from our heavenly Father which sees things from eternity. God sees the big picture and although we may never understand the whys, we can recieve His peace. I will keep your family in my prayers, and I am available as your friend to talk, cry,and pray with you. Mike and family I would like to offer my deepest condolences. I am truly sorry for your loss and will keep you and your family in my prayers during this time of need.
Mike, Jake, Holly and Matt. I cannot express how sorry we are for your loss. Your mother was a wonderful, caring person. I see that wonderful heart she had in all of you kids. She loved you all so much..Praying for all of you.... To the Maracso family, I pray that God will give you the comfort & strength to see you through this sad and difficult time.
As a teacher at Vermillion Primary, I can truly say that Carol was the substitute teacher everyone wanted in their classroom. She loved teaching and loved the students! I was amazed at all the kids' names she knew and all the lives she touched. She always had a smile and a kind word to say. We were so honored to have her with us on her last day on earth. She will be greatly missed. May God continue to bless your family and hold you close. Isaiah 61:1-3 We are thinking of you and offer our deepest condolences for your loss. No one on Earth had a kinder, more loving spirit than Carol. Thank goodness that spirit has been passed down to the children and grandchild....the world will continue to be a better, more loving place because of Carol. Mike: You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Mike,
