Preceded by parents, Lawrence and Gladys Howe, brothers, Marvin Howe and John Howe and son, Michael W. Howe. Survivors: wife, Linda; children, John K. McCalla (Karen) of Andover, KS, Catherine A. Howe of Rose Hill, KS and J. Brad Howe (Jessica) of Wichita; daughter-in-law, Jill Howe of Andover, KS; grandchildren, Emily, Jared, Katherine, Hayleigh, Hannah and Logan; sister, Mary Ellen Keener of Newton, KS; brother-in-law, J. Linda, I am Edie Fletcher and I used to work with Larry at Coleman YEARS AGO. I have went to the breakfasts at Jimmy's a few times and it was great to sit and talk with Larry over breakfast! He was a wonderful man, but you know that, and full of so much life. I lost my husband ,Ron. 1 year ago so I know what you are going through but I know your faith in God is strong and He will see you through this difficult time. Never forget Larry's wonderful smile and wonderful laugh.

To all that grieve for the loss of Larry:
I learned to love Larry by his kindness and
friendship that he showed my father (Paul Wittsell) during his battle with cancer. Larry was there for him every step of the way no matter what changed, Larry was there. He was a true inspiration to myself and my family.
Larry lived by the Scout law and encouraged others to do so also, and will truly be missed. Good bye for now Larry and save me a seat at the campfire.

I remember my cousin Larry this way: He always had a smile on his face. He constantly went out his way to help others. He was an all around great guy.
