Public Tributes
I'll always have wonderful memories of Uncle Frank from his early days with Nancy in the key business to his enthusiasm for the Soap Box Derby with son Craig and devotion to son Kirk and daughter Terri. Frank had a special passion for sailing and boating in general and his smile was infectious. Our sympathy to the entire family. --Tom and Alma (Feb 10, 2010) I have many fond mewmories of my time in Boy Scouts where Mr Tapp was the troop leader. The hikes to the locate campsite and of course the trip to Colorado. I was lucky enough to keep in touch occasionally after I was grown. What I remember most was Mr Tapps even temper and commitment. I am sure God needed another Scout Leader with him. Terri and family,
Wednesday morning I read of Frank's passing.
